Pieces in stock leave the studio within 1–2 business days, wrapped in a cotton pouch. Made-to-order pieces ship in about 2–3 weeks. Orders over Rp 500.000 ship free.
We ship within Indonesia only. International shipping can be arranged for wholesale orders — write to designsbyputri@gmail.com and tell us what you have in mind.

Handmade doesn’t mean fragile, but things happen. If something breaks, write to us and we’ll see what can be done.
